Devishop collects all the information entered on the application by the user and stores it on their own servers or the Devinet's storage provider. Being a Cloud service, the storage server is required for the operation of the application, which is why you accept this fact.
Devishop classifies data into two categories: user data and account data. User data include the user's name and personal data, photographs or other documents that the user decides to upload to the application of the account information, and contact information. The account data are those related to the business account created by the user, in any of its various forms: Ltd, Corporation, self employed, comprising billing, expenses, contacts, employees, products and services.
Many of our services allows the user to share data with others. User must remember that when sharing data publicly it can be indexed by browsers. Our service allows different types of sharing and deleting data.
We may reject requests that are more repetitive than normal use, that requires disproportionate technical effort (for example, developing a new system or fundamentally change an existing practice), which threaten the privacy of other users or non impractical (eg, applications that refer to information stored on backup systems). When we can offer you the ability to access and modify your personal details, we will do it for free, unless it would involve a disproportionate effort.
When providing our services, we protect your data by ensuring that it can not be deleted accidentally or intentionally. Therefore, if you delete your information from our services, you may not immediately destroy residual copies stored in our active servers and data stored on our security systems.
The user could modify its information or the information of its accounts at any time. Devishop doesn't stores the modified information so if a user modifies any information, the modified data will be deleted immediately.
We do not share personal data with companies, organizations or individuals that doesn't have any relation with Devinet, unless the following circumstances:
1.Consent: Share your personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside Devinet when you have given us your consent to do so. Your consent will be required to share personal data especially protected.
3.Legal reasons: Share your personal information with companies, organizations or individuals unrelated to Devinet if we believe in good faith that there is a reasonable need for access to such data or use, retain or disclose it to: comply with any requirement under applicable law or regulation or attend any request for an administrative or judicial body, to fulfill the provisions of the current Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations, detect or prevent any fraud or technical or security incident or cope otherwise protect the rights, property or Devinet safety of our users or the general public as required or permitted by applicable law.
In Devishop the security is our main goal. Nowadays the service data storage is done through specialized suppliers with security certificates and anti-hacking systems. Devinet has decided to outsource storage to ensure that the supplier meets the highest safety standards at levels that could not offer at Devinet.
